Mentored Learning incorporates multiple learning methods to create a focused and flexible approach to training. Students have the ability to control the pace at which they learn and the content covered, as well as determining their own training schedule by leveraging a live instructor with the power of multimedia, expert video instruction, testing and assimilation modules, and live online subject matter experts.

Mentored Learning Approach

Students are assigned their own networked workstation containing two monitors. This setting allows for real-time access to the lecture delivered via recorded audio and video, and a simulated production environment. The video format of the lecture allows the student to fully control the tempo of the lecture with the ability to pause, fast forward and rewind the lecture. The student can review a portion of the training if needed, skip over content they already know, and pause the lecture to practice the newly learned skill in the production environment to reinforce their newly attained knowledge.
